AI Engineer
Role Summary
Help agents help users
AI engineers (AIEs) develop and train autonomous agents, known as workers, that help solve user problems.
Responsibilities
Develop new intelligence
AIEs are responsible for building, scaling and optimizing all AI capabilities within the HASH platform, and their role combines traditional data science tasks with prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and model development responsibilities.
Requirements
Build at the edge
AIEs should be excited by, and able to implement, LLM agent optimization strategies like ReAct, Reflexion, multimodal chain-of-thought, and graph prompting.
A background in data science is required, as is an openness to self-directed continuous learning, given the rapidly evolving nature of the space.

Our culture
Intense by design
We're focused on building something big, in the service of something important (our mission). To that end, we're unapologetically excited. Actions speak louder than words, and we measure performance by output. You can work from wherever, but we know that teams are more productive together, in-person. We prioritze speed, and measure product delivery timelines in hours and days, not months and years. We value high-energy, high-expectations people who do what they say and say what they mean.
