Processes

Capture the processes that run your organization as explicit, visual flows. Each flow is a sequence of steps built on top of your entity graph, so the way work moves through your business is described in the same structured language as everything else in HASH.

Compose flows from a small set of composable building blocks. Triggers start a flow in response to an event, a schedule, or a manual request. Actions do the work — reading and writing entities, calling APIs, transforming data, or notifying people. Filters branch on conditions so the right path runs, and waits pause execution until a delay elapses or a condition is met.

The same flow can run however a task demands: one-off, kicked off manually for a single job; automatically, triggered by events or on a schedule; or programmatically, invoked through the API as part of a larger system. For tasks that call for judgment rather than fixed steps, hand off to flexible agents.

Because flows read from and write to your entities, every run leaves your data more complete and up to date — never stranded in a disconnected automation tool. Each step is recorded with full provenance, so you can always see what ran, when, and why.
