We primarily hire in-person, in our London and Berlin offices, and place a strong emphasis on connecting and collaborating in person. However, we also work with exceptional talent remotely across European timezones.

Many of our values, designed to support the development of good institutional knowledge and practices, are especially valuable in a remote context. We get together at least twice a year (typically quarterly) for whole-team or company coworking.
