Prior to HASH, Dei founded data-driven product studio Soho Strategy, serving startup founders, private equity firms, and public clients including the United Nations Security Council, UK government’s Behavioural Insights Team, and British National Health Service.
Dei also built a successful multi-vertical blog network, graduated from King’s College London with first-class honours in Political Economy, and was appointed by Lt Gen Sir Edmund Burton to Chair IAAC Access, a part of the UK's Information Assurance Advisory Council, which ran a research program connecting British government officials, academics, and industry leaders around cybersecurity issues of national importance. From 2016 to 2020, he additionally served on IAAC's management committee.
His interests lie in complex systems, and how markets, evolution, and diversity can both stabilize and optimize them.
