Ciaran Morinan

In addition to serving as CTO, Ciaran is HASH's UK Managing Director, and works closely with the firm's customers in safety-critical domains.

Prior to joining HASH, he was a Senior Partner at Soho Strategy, where he oversaw end-to-end technical product development work for a number of different startups.

Before entering tech, he served as a Senior Policy Advisor within the UK government, and holds a first-class degree in Philosophy & Politics from the University of Bristol.

Alongside Dei Vilkinsons, Ciaran also leads one of the Advanced Research + Invention Agency Safeguarded AI technical areas, focused on developing high-trust systems for human-agent collaboration.
