Population is a demographic model of a city that explores the relationship between housing and population.
At each step, the Population Sector determines the number of births, deaths, immigrations, and emigrations in order to update the population count. Simultaneously, the Housing Sector is updating the housing count by calculating the construction and demolition rates. Both agents pull information from the other as variables like houses and householdsToHousesRatio factor into the number of people immigrating to the city and the number of houses that are to be built.
