Voting

This simulation has each patch take a “vote” (represented by its color) of its eight surronding neighbors and change its vote to match the majority. If the voting is tied, then the vote (color) does not change.

This simulation has each patch take a “vote” (represented by its color) of its eight surronding neighbors and change its vote to match the majority. If the voting is tied, then the vote (color) does not change.

If changeTied is true, then the patch will always change its vote in the case of a tie.

If changeIfLoser is true, then if the result is 5-3, 3-2, or 2-1 the patch will always vote for the losing side.
