This model looks at L&D programs in a company with high employee turnover and a number of regional branches.

Populated using datasets, trainers and employees are placed throughout the environment according to their regional branch. Each employee type has a set training plan they must complete. They notify the manager of their request and wait in a queue until the minimum number of people needed is reached and a trainer who specializes in that course is available. If an employee spends more time in the queue than expected (specified in a dataset file), the training becomes overdue but they will still complete the course as normal. Once an employee completes all the courses in their training plan, they become “fully trained” and no longer make request to the education manager. After a certain amount of time, the employee will quit and a new employee will be hired, resetting the training process.
