Concrete Factory

The Concrete Factory model simulates the concrete production process from raw materials to pallets of concrete blocks using an autoclave system.

Seven Major Stages:

1. Slurry Mix Preparations
2. Mould Pouring
3. Rising
4. Cutting
5. Separation (occurs at the same agent as Cutting in this simulation)
6. Autoclaving
7. Unloading

One of the model’s main goals is to track and display the time each process takes as well as how machines, such as cranes and autoclaves, are utilized. This data can then be used to determine what changes need to be made to increase factory productivity.
